| Review: Switchfoot Live in Singapore, April 2011 |
California’s rock outfit Switchfoot played a sold out concert in Singapore in April, and we caught them live at the Rock Auditorium in Suntec City. Prior to the concert, we were at the press conference and managed to ask them what their feelings were on how their music has influenced their fans, to which they responded, “We’re flattered. It’s the hugest honour that something so personal can positively affect a persons life.” The band also mentioned that with the new album, it is about “pushing the boundaries even further, going darker but also going to even brighter places. It’s called Vice Verses and is gonna be about the polarity of life. The death and the birth and the everything in between.” Read our review of the event and check out photos of the press conference and concert (with support bands The Calling Of Levi and Great Spy Experiment).
