American Idol Season 7 runner up David Archuleta is set to make his inaugural appearance in Southeast Asia this April, performing in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. David Cook is also set to appear at one of these three shows so fans are in for a real treat.

Note that these are showcases (read: expect approximately 7-8 songs performed) and not concerts. There are either no tickets on sale and you will either have to obtain them through contests by the media instead – radio, publications, et cetera  or purchase a copy of his album to be eligible for the autograph session. Keep an eye out for promos in your country as they have already begun for some or will be about to start soon.

We also highly recommend you check the respective fansites of the country you live in as they have been in contact with the local Sony Music for this purpose and are equipped with all the information you are possibly after (links under the cut).

Date: 7th April 2009 (Tuesday)
Venue: Iluma Media & Entertainment Centre, Bugis, Singapore
Time: 7pm

Notes: Open event, no tickets required. Only ONE album per person is allowed for the autograph session and it will be held at 6.30pm for radio contest winners with M&G passes at the same venue.

Venue: Sunway Lagoon Amphitheatre, Bandar Sunway, Malaysia
Time: 3pm

  In mid January, we were fortunate enough to have interviewed the band and you can read the transcript here.

• Reviews – PWD & JM
  We were at the Parkway Drive, Jason Mraz and Fall Out Boy shows in KL and Singapore respectively, read about them here (FOB’s to be posted later). Once again, we thank Karen from Ceasefire Records and Shaz from Midas Promotions for their assistance.

• MTGH Contest
  Finally, innit? We’re giving away a Hopeless Records/Sub City Records CD sampler and would like you to win it! Check out the contest section for all the details.

• Videos
  Visit our YouTube channel to view videos shot at the Fall Out Boy and Jason Mraz concerts! There are also videos from Hey Monday who were supporting FOB, so be sure to check those out, too.We still have a bunch more to add, give us some time and they will all be uploaded soon.

• MTGH Concert Survey Results
  You took the survey and we’ve tabulated the results. Read it here.

• Updated Pages
  Most of the pages had its contents undergo a major update. Some retain portions of the old, others have been completely redone (e.g. About Us, History, Credit etc) and there have also been new ones added (e.g. FAQ, Disclaimer etc) so be sure to check them all out as there is new information amongst them all.

• Photos
  There have been lots of new photos that were recently added to the gallery, check them out!
