Canadian pop punk outfit Simple Plan were in Singapore recently for a concert on their ‘Get Your Heart On! Tour’ in Asia to promote their new record. The long wait since their last performance at 2008′s SINGfest was forgiven as soon as they took the stage, reassuring fans they still had it in them to put on an energetic and fun-filled live show. Singapore’s year of concerts started off strong with New York band Scissor Sisters being the first international act to play in the country on 9th January at Fort Gate, Fort Canning Park. We were there to catch the quintet live, and if this show was anything to go by, the year is looking to be a great one for gig goers!
