MTV Asia’s World Stage series returns to Malaysia for the second year running. Last year saw thousands of fans pack the Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach to catch bands like the All American Rejects, Boys Like Girls and Hoobastank. Similar to 2009’s installment, this year’s line up features a slew of international and local artists, bound to please many. What exactly do they have in store for us this year? Read on to find out!

Renowned British-American musician Saul Hudson aka Slash of Guns N’ Roses fame will be performing in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia this August before heading off to Japan for Summer Sonic days later. Touring in support of his solo self-titled debut album Slash, these are the only confirmed shows thus far but we hear it’s likely there will be more SEA dates penciled in. MTV World Stage makes its inaugural appearance in Southeast Asia this year with Malaysia playing host to this event. It is expected to be an event music fans would not want to miss with some big names on the line up! Details are as follows:
