Baltimore favourites, All Time Low, will return to Singapore for their second headlining concert in March 2013, prior to the band’s show at Smash Project in the Philippines. The band released their fifth studio album, Don’t Panic, in October, which peaked at Number 4 on the US Billboard Rock Albums. Details as follows:
