The Jezabels are back yet again for their launch of their debut album, Prisoner! The quartet from Sydney, Australia, was recently signed to Singapore’s newest indie label, Untitled Records. Earlier this year, The Jezabels was part of The People’s Party and also Music Matters, which took place last year.

Playing most songs from their Prisoner album, front woman Hayley Mary managed to wow the crowd with her amazing vocals, belting out the high notes effortlessly. Hayley also showed her mad dancing throughout the set. Drummer Nik Kaloper deserves some props for his amazing drumming skills. Just pure madness!

Though the band didn’t play the crowd’s favourites like Sahara Mahala or Disco Biscuit Love, they end the night with the mesmerizing Dark Storm. It’s a shame that the set feels rather short. Fortunately, there was a meet and greet session after the show where the fans could get cozy with the band.

Overall, the set was short, intimate and powerful. Definitely one of most underrated bands ever. A big shout out to Untitled Entertainment and also to Home Club!
