Update 4/2: Placebo has added another South East Asian show. The band will be making a stop in Malaysia before their Singaporean show.
Add Singapore to the list of countries the British trio will be performing in Southeast Asia this year. Placebo will be touring in support of the band’s latest album, Battle For The Sun and thus far Indonesia has been the only other country in the region to have a date penciled in for a gig on February 16th. Yet another Bridge 9 Records artist is set to tour Southeast Asia, this time it’s none other than the hardcore band Ruiner from Maryland. The band is touring in support of their late 2009 release Hell Is Empty, performing in China, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesiam Malaysia and Singapore this April. Concert details as follows:

Season 8 winner of US TV series American Idol, Kris Allen will also be performing in Singapore in addition to his two shows in the Philippines this February promoting his self-titled debut album in the region. Fans can catch the Arkansas singer-songwriter at the following concert:
That’s right! This is last minute but the Boston based band will be back in Malaysia for the third time! Brought to you by Nokia Music Malaysia, Boys Like Girls will be stopping by our shores for a product launch and are amongst 4 other artists performing at the event.
