Handsome Furs Tours SEA, September 2009

The synth-punk sensation from Montreal, Canada, Handsome Furs will be performing several shows in Southeast Asia next month. Catch the husband/wife duo live in action on tour in the region for the first time as they perform tunes from debut (Plague Park) and sophomore release, Face Control. Concert details are as follows:

Tickets: VND150,000 (at the door)

Date: 11th September 2009 (Friday)
Venue: Gio Song Hong, Hanoi, Vietnam
Tickets: TBA/at the door

Date: 12th September 2009 (Saturday)
Venue: Club Culture, Bangkok, Thailand
Support acts: DE…Connextor, DJ Magic Muffin, DJ Plan B
Tickets: 600 Baht (with 1 drink)/at the door – advance tickets available from Club Culture, DJ Siam & The Tube

Date: 18th September 2009 (Friday)
Venue: Home Club, Singapore
Tickets: S$25 (inclusive of 1 drink)/at the door only

i saw their myspace, says that they’re playing on the 18th instead of the 13th. Any idea which one is the right date? Don’t wanna head down to SG for nothing yo

18th is correct, 13th was derived from the label’s website but they have since changed it to the former.

Best bet is to get them at the door, also read in an interview that they mentioned KL as one of the stops. Not sure if that’s going to happen, though!
