Singapore’s Timbre: Rock & Roots returns in 2013 for its fourth edition, with its best line up to date! Robert Plant (with Sensational Space Shifters), Paul Simon, Bonnie Raitt, Jimmy Cliff, Tedeschi Trucks Band, and Rufus Wainwright are all set to perform at the two-day festival, which also sees the event being held at a new location since its inception in 2010.
