As reported previously, American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson was scheduled to perform in Jakarta, Indonesia and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this April. Dates for Singapore and Philippines have been added, extending her All I Ever Wanted Tour of Southeast Asia. Details for all concerts thus far as follows:

Update 20/2: Java MusikIndo has rescheduled the show to an unknown date due to technical problems. Those who wish to refund their tickets can do so from where it was bought.

What started out initially as a rumour is now certain. The New York rock band Taking Back Sunday fronted by Adam Lazzara has been confirmed for a show in Jakarta this March. Here’s hoping there would be more Southeast Asian dates, concert details for the Indonesian concert is as follows:

One of Fueled By Ramen’s top bands, Cobra Starship will be performing in Indonesia and the Philippines this March to promote their latest album, Hot Mess. This would mark the band’s second trip to the region (with the first in 2007 for the inaugural SINGfest at Fort Canning Park) and these are presently the only confirmed SEA shows. Californian rock band Saosin will be performing in Indonesia for the third time in 3 years as they tour in support of the band’s sophomore album In Search Of Solid Ground this January. Good news for SEA fans, this time the band extends their tour to include Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia! Concert details are as follows:

UPDATE (23/11): The concert has been canceled as the band intends to head into the studio to record their new album at that time. It has been said that they would like to play in Indonesia as soon as their schedule permits.

Bring Me The Horizon were originally scheduled to perform in Jakarta back in May but the show was canceled at the last minute, causing quite a bit of frenzy and talk on whether it was merely postponed or that the opportunity was gone for good. Fortunately, fans would be pleased to know that they will indeed be making their way over to play a show this May, whether more SEA dates will be announced is unknown at this point but we shall keep you posted.
