Last month, Malaysia’s very own Rockaway Festival took centre stage as the third installment coincided with the Moto GP weekend, and featured various rock and metal heavyweights on its 2012 line up. Even bigger, better, and edgier than ever, the festival moved to larger grounds at the Helipad at Sepang International Circuit to accommodate more music fans at this year’s event. In line with its expansion, a second stage was also added, featuring acts from The WKND Sessions.

Future Music Festival Asia, Malaysia, March 2013
Following its highly successful debut in Southeast Asia (specifically in Malaysia where it took place), the annual Australian dance event Future Music Festival will return in March 2013. This year’s inaugural event saw Tinie Tempah, The Wombats, Pendulum (DJ Set), Grandmaster Flash, and Hercules & Love Affair amongst the artists on the 2012 line up, and 2013’s will have the likes of The Prodigy, Bloc Party, Rita Ora, The Temper Trap, and more performing in KL.
2013’s festival is set to take place at Kuala Lumpur from 15th – 16th March with an estimated 40,000 fans expected to converge over the two day period.
