Master of Sweep Picking Frank Gambale will be conducting a workshop and performing a one-off concert in Singapore this May. Not only is this Frank’s sole Southeast Asian appearance on this tour, it is also his inaugural showcase in the country. Yet another American Idol alumni is set to be in the region this March. Season 8′s runner up, Adam Lambert will be performing in Singapore next month to promote his debut album For Your Entertainment and fans can catch the singer-songwriter at the following showcase:

American Idol season 7 contestant and third runner up Jason Castro will be performing a series of free shows in malls around Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia this March. The singer-songwriter will be in the region for a brief tour to promote his upcoming self-titled debut release. Concert details as follows:

The British band famed for their hit single “Just Because” will be making an appearance in Manila from October 17th to the 20th for the last leg of their Asian promo tour. Fans can catch Ray, The Adj, Ben and Sam on this run as they promote their self-titled RCA debut. Showcase details and information are as follows:

American Idol Season 7 runner up David Archuleta is set to make his inaugural appearance in Southeast Asia this April, performing in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. David Cook is also set to appear at one of these three shows so fans are in for a real treat.

Note that these are showcases (read: expect approximately 7-8 songs performed) and not concerts. There are either no tickets on sale and you will either have to obtain them through contests by the media instead – radio, publications, et cetera  or purchase a copy of his album to be eligible for the autograph session. Keep an eye out for promos in your country as they have already begun for some or will be about to start soon.
